My name is Ben and I’m the founder of File Fitness. I have a passion for helping busy people develop a body they can be proud of, get strong for everyday life, and live without limitations.

Lack of time is one of the biggest barriers people face when striving towards a healthier, fitter and happier future. The reality… you don’t need to workout for half the amount of time you think if you follow an effective plan and a healthy diet.

It’s how you use the time that you have that’s important. It’s a skill… one that I want to share with you!

Online Coaching

  • I believe there are two fundamentals to nutrition that need to be balanced and understood in order to sustainably burn excess fat and build muscle:

    1. Fuel - Learning what to eat, how much and when in order to optimise the functioning of your body

    2. Pleasure - Understanding how to incorporate your favourite foods into your life whilst still achieving incredible results

    Through coaching with File Fitness, I can teach you exactly how to balance these two variables so that you can enjoy food in a way that you never knew was possible while you create the fittest version of yourself.

    Clients have access to in-app food diary with custom nutrition goals, bespoke meal plan with over 1000 recipes, 24/7 support and weekly check-ins.

  • My philosophy on training and exercise is that, above all else, you need to enjoy what you do. Anything less will leave you with temporary results in a never ending cycle of fitness frustration. 

    With that said, in my professional opinion, everyone should incorporate some sort of strength training into their life. It makes you live longer, increases your metabolism, reduces risk of injury, builds muscle, increases mobility and flexibility, increases bone density…. THE LIST GOES ON!

    Whether you’re a complete novice at 60 years old or a young buck looking to break a new personal best, I can help you incorporate strength training into your life and achieve a confidence in your body’s capabilities that you never knew was possible.

    The training will be customised to you based on your lifestyle and goals, and you choose whether you want to work out at home or in the gym. Clients have access to in-app workouts and tracking, in-app exercise tutorials, 24/7 support and weekly check-ins.

Online coaching is a one stop shop that provides accountability that will guarantee results. Coaching is delivered through the File Fitness app with me by your side every step of the way.

Lifestyle habit coaching

Beyond exercise and nutrition, incorporating positive daily lifestyle habits is an essential part of achieving sustainable results. With coaching to find a routine that works for you and daily tasks to tick off, you can’t go wrong.

Access to educational resources

]My clients get access to an educational library which is full of short training videos for you to watch in your own time to increase your knowledge, keep motivation high and optimise your results.

Weekly progress check-in

Each week, you'll receive video feedback where I'll highlight areas where you're doing well and what we need to work on next week. This ensures you receive the support, motivation and accountability required to achieve your goals.

1:1 Messaging access

You will have 24/7 support (within reason) from me via the app. This is a great way to keep you motivated, send you reminders and for you to ask any questions you might have.
